Christmas Dinner 15/12/22
On behalf of Dwr Cymru / Welsh Water
Please help us reach households receiving the second ‘Tax Credits Cost Of Living Payment’ this winter.
Did you know? Households who are receiving the second ‘Tax Credits Cost Of Living Payment’ could also be entitled to money off their water bills from Welsh Water.
With Winter fast approaching, we know many people in our communities will struggle to afford daily essentials.
Our latest Cost Of Living campaign targets customers who are receiving the payment. It aims to raise awareness of our support schemes, and the potential reduction eligible households could receive on their water charges.
How could you support?
· We’d love it if you could like and share our posts on Facebook and Twitter. We share information on support available for customers, as well as tips and tricks for saving water and helping the environment.
· I have attached a customer poster, and ask if you could kindly share this with your clients, colleagues and loved ones to help spread the word. If you do, please tag @dwrcymru in your posts, so we can say thank you!
· Let your clients know about our financial support packages, especially if their struggling to afford essentials. Our ‘here for you’ campaign is currently live, with radio adverts, billboards in areas across Wales and targeted social media posts to share information on how we can help customers, especially as the cost-of-living increases.
